             abstract = "Neste trabalho elencamos as caracter{\'{\i}}sticas 
                         desej{\'a}veis de um S{\'{\i}}tio de Calibra{\c{c}}{\~a}o 
                         Radiom{\'e}trica para Sensores Orbitais e Aerotransportados 
                         multiespectrais de alta resolu{\c{c}}{\~a}o espacial (tamanho do 
                         pixel menor que 5 metros). Discutimos as raz{\~o}es para a 
                         escolha da implanta{\c{c}}{\~a}o do s{\'{\i}}tio na cidade de 
                         S{\~a}o Jos{\'e} dos Campos, nas depend{\^e}ncias do IEAv/DCTA. 
                         Esta decis{\~a}o foi baseada na avalia{\c{c}}{\~a}o das 
                         caracter{\'{\i}}sticas que consideramos mais importantes: a 
                         dimens{\~a}o, a localiza{\c{c}}{\~a}o, a disponibilidade e as 
                         propriedades radiom{\'e}tricas das Superf{\'{\i}}cies de 
                         Refer{\^e}ncia. Por fim, {\'e} apresentada a imagem com uma, 
                         eventual, distribui{\c{c}}{\~a}o das seis superf{\'{\i}}cies 
                         de refer{\^e}ncia planejadas do s{\'{\i}}tio na {\'a}rea 
                         escolhida. ABSTRACT: In this work, we list the desirable 
                         characteristics of a Radiometric Calibration Site for Orbital and 
                         Airborne multispectral Sensors with high spatial resolution (pixel 
                         size smaller than 5 meters). We discussed the reasons for choosing 
                         to implement the site in S{\~a}o Jos{\'e} dos Campos city, more 
                         precisely in IEAv/DCTA. This decision was based on the evaluation 
                         of the characteristics that we consider most decisive: the 
                         dimension, location, availability and radiometric properties of 
                         the Reference Surfaces. Finally, a site layout was made in the 
                         chosen area, with the distribution of the six reference surfaces 
                         planned.",
